This policy covers pickletourney.com.

What we collect

• Event submissions. When you submit an event, we store the event facts, the organizer name and your email address. The event facts and organizer name are shown on the site after we approve the event. Your email is never shown. We use it only to contact you about that listing, and we delete it 90 days after the event ends.
• Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject and message, and email a copy to our inbox. We use them only to read and answer your message. We delete the stored copy 90 days after you send it.
• Spam check. The submit and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Cloudflare processes data about your browser to do this.
• Visit counts. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and a few actions, such as clicks on an official signup link. We do not send your name, email or the text you type to Google Analytics.
• Your settings. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser.
• Round-robin tool. Schedules are made in your browser. Names you type are stored only in the page link, not on our servers.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is run by beehiiv. You join only if you sign up yourself. Submitting an event or sending a message does not add you to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Where data is stored

The site, event data and contact messages are hosted by Cloudflare (Pages, D1 and Email Routing). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not show ads.
